Yes, you are right, Kirthika....Jesus says He is the only way to the Father. We can't be saved by good works, only through the Savior Jesus Christ. He takes our sins and gives us His righteousness.

We know they exist because Jesus cast demons out of people. Demons are evil spirits.....if people open themselves up to demons, they can either become possessed or at least influenced by them.
