I am no great source of advice, but I would suggest you consider crying out to God with your frustrations and difficulties, and pray for his comfort. I know, sometimes it is really hard when you want a person there to support you. But tell God that, too. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

It sounds as if you have been through a great deal in your young life. Have you ever spoken with a Christian counselor/psychologist? Some will adjust the fees so that you only pay what you can afford (I saw you are struggling financially as well). You are in my prayers.
