I'd use NET in preference to all where the translation notes are available, but if you are using commentaries the NKJV isn't necessary.

If it helps the Jehovah's Witnesses are NOT a Christian denomination. They deny the deity of Christ, for example and fall under points 3, 5 & 6 in my list. From experience they avoid the homes of Christians who answer back too. I feel sad for these people.
