    Is there an Orthodox "Catechism"?

I was just wondering if the Orthodox Church had a document that acts like the Catechism does for the Catholic Church. I'm guessing there is at least a collection of common questions with answers out there?

Has anyone published their Study Bible notes as a separate book?

I would love to get the notes from a study Bible like the ESV, NLT Illustrated, or NET as a separate book, that I could use with any Bible I own. Has any publisher ever published a book of just the notes?

Pope presides over empty St. Peter's Basilica for Good Friday service

Pope Francis presides over Way of the Cross service in front of a deserted Saint Peter's Basilica | Daily Mail Online It kinda feels like a scene from history. Coronavirus is going to be looked at like the black plague. It's so weird that he's not at the Coloseum and that there is no one there...

Why isn't there an "American" Orthodox Church

All the Orthodox Churches near me are very immigrant-centric. Many conduct their services in Russian or Greek. Why hasn't there been a movement to forge them all into one "American" Orthodox Church? As is, these churches will not be able to last long-term, as they will just plain run out of...

Words of Christ in red just makes them hard to read

There have been a number of Bibles I was going to pick up, until I see that they have the words of Jesus in red. At least for me, red print is really hard to read. I have seen some where the red is dark, so it's not as much of an issue, but most seem to think that bright red is acceptable. Maybe...

If you have a Lifeway near you, I recommend going now

It's a real shame that Lifeway is closing all of it's stores. I've been shopping there for years. Anyways, they have everything on sale. If you are interested in the CSB translation in particular, you can get a Bible for 60% off. I got a very nice goatskin Bible for only $23.

Does anyone sell the black letter Cambridge Wide Margin Bible?

I've found red letter versions of the Cambridge Wide Margin Bible at most sellers, but not any black letter ones. I'd really prefer an NIV, but I could live with an ESV or NASB, if anyone knows a retailer that actually has them available. Thanks!

The sin of Pride is very subtle

While at work, I've often caught myself thinking, "If I'd done this work, it would have been done right!". Now sometimes, this is accurate, but more than once, it's just a reaction I've had because something was done slightly different than how I would have done it, but it was still good. I've...

Demons are real - sermon by Derek Prince

    Maxine Water's office doxxed Senators

Did Maxine Waters' Office Doxx GOP Senators During Kavanaugh Testimony? Now this would be highly illegal, but since Maxine Waters is a powerful Democrat, I'm positive absolutely nothing will happen.
