The Reformation Study Bible is excellent. NKJV or ESV. The Macarthur Study Bible is also very good. Available in NKJV, ESV, NASB and NIV (although the latter is hard to find).

In which case, why does he teach on Reformed theology, and why does RC Sproul always invite him to his Ligonier conferences?

I ask because most of the Reformed writers I read like RC Sproul are, but then you get some like John Macarthur who are dispensational (which RC always winds him up about).

Personally I consider dipping unhealthy, dirty fingers and all that. Sipping is healthy as the silver acts as a natural antiseptic when combined with the alcohol of the wine.
