What about colors?

As the title shows -- I'm planning to attend an ordination this coming Sunday, so what should I wear? Coat and tie, I presume. I have a nice purple shirt and tie that i like to wear indicating sentience. Would that be too far "out in left field"?

Not dogma, as I understand dogma. Rather, all law and no gospel.

That makes it easier to understand some of what's going on. But they still seem awfully harsh. I suspect there's a bit of Legalism sneaking in here, too.

I've never heard of a Baptist church doing anything like this. It sounds like something from Amish fiction.
