Of coarse it's somewhat theology driven. The KJV was translated for a specific reason (ie for use in the Anglican Church). Such does not by implication make it a bad translation but it was translated to coincide with the emerging theology of the Anglican church. I doubt it would be possible...

I agree as not all we place under faith is true. We should take all new things with a dose of skepticism before believing them by faith alone. I mean why would we test anything if we did not have some doubt.
