My favorites are Welcome to the N.H.K, Clannad and Clannad after story, Toradora, Gintama, Eyeshield 21, and Steins Gate. There are so many more that i love but this are the ones i find myself rewatching constantly, especially Clannad which i have seen about 6 times by now.

If you like romance and comedy then i would recommend Baka and Test and School Rumble. Both of them blend comedy and romance pretty well and both are really funny in my opinion. Give them a try if you want.
