GOP Lawmaker Links Poverty to Fried Chicken

I understand completely. When the choices are either the truth or a lie, then this has to be a lie, right?

GOP Lawmaker Links Poverty to Fried Chicken

Gotta love those semantics. :D For this argument, when one thinks of southern chicken (which she did say), one thinks of fried chicken. There was no lie by anybody here, and it appears the accusation of a lie was born from not clearly understanding what is being said.

GOP Lawmaker Links Poverty to Fried Chicken

I love fried chicken and barbeque! But as one who is a chef and has extensively studied nutrition, I understand that eating too much fried food is bad. Proper nutrition is an education issue. It would be better to link poverty to poor nutritional education.

Police Pepper Spray Teacher at MLK Rally

Surely the OP cannot believe this was a racist act? That lady to the left of the man sure looks Caucasian. Plus the lady cop was indiscriminately spraying, not targeting black people.

Police Pepper Spray Teacher at MLK Rally

I will point out that nobody here, or the article linked spoke of racism. That makes an accusation of racism a red herring.

National Review: All of Al Sharpton's businesses closed for tax non-compliances

Sharpton has not been a good role model for the black community, and if he is guilty of anything I hope they give him the maximum of whatever the maximum fine or sentence is....He has lived too well for far too long off of others.

Misquoting another reflects poorly on the one misquoting another. It doesn't make a difference to me if somebody is thought of poorly due to misquoting others.

Notice the comment below placed in quotations. They can't even quote Clinton properly let alone understand simple concepts such as context. In Context: Hillary Clinton's 'What difference does it make' comment | PolitiFact Wisconsin

Colorado Baker accused of discrimination -- wouldn't make anti-gay wedding cake

It boils down to this. After all the evidence presented, some here do not understand the differences between the two examples being discussed, and apparently never will. The Christian baker in the OP will win against religious hatred.

GOP on Healthcare: Well, er, uh, we are working on it.

The government is in the healthcare business. That is the point. Do you understand the point? He, and you are trying to have it both ways. Guess what? Those people who signed up for the ACA signed a paper. Those people must be allowed the benefits just like the military.
