I have a friend who is struggling with the thought of Jesus being God. He understands salvation how jesus came to the earth and forgave him for his sins by dying for him but denies his deity as God.

I have a friend who struggles with the Idea of jesus being God. He understands salvation that Jesus came and gave his life for us and that through him is the only way to the father. Can he accept Christ as his Savior and yet deny his deity as God?
