Yeah I was thinking the same thing. Try clearing your cache, or if you really cannot solve it re-install whatever browser your using. Also try seeing if it works on another browser with the same Mac.

What is the deadline we have to turn in images?

Actually thats what its called. A Photoshop layout is when you make the entire layout out of a picture, and use a liquid layout to make it fit for each resolution. Then you use CSS and tables to slice the images so they load seperately.
