Tinder is.....interesting. I had quite a few men message me for hook-ups, and if I didn't respond to them, they immediately lashed out at me. As if that would be the best way to get me to swoon and agree to meet them. To be fair though, I met someone pretty cool on the app, so I wouldn't say it...

at my age...I don't know if I would want to wait two years to get married. I could see us dating for a year, and then having a short engagement (I don't plan on having an extravagant wedding at all). Just my .02 cents

I'm glad to see that there is a thread like this :) I noticed last year that there were lots of posts/threads that seemed to go against what is expected of a Christian forum.

This is kinda my reaction as well. I interpret 'reverence' as something akin to worship, and I will not worship my husband/boyfriend. Will I love, respect and cherish him? Absolutely.

there could be a multitude of reasons why he cancelled. My initial impression of this guy, though, is that he's not sure how he feels and is trying to keep your attention by saying he's interested. He cancelled to stay home and drink beer? Really?? That to me doesn't sound like he's interested...
