I think it solely depends on an individuals upbringing. Who they socialized with? Who they currently socializing with? There are times when a new comer comes into the mix, others would rub off the wrong way and this person usually finding themselves explaining themselves most of the time.

Honestly I think they are different. It happens in the way we talk to each other, body language, interests and how we interpret things.
