I suspect that if someone wanted to get their hands on this piece of hardware, they'd get it, or get something similar, regardless of what type of ban, waiting period, or background check they do.

Rand is claiming to "not" be like Republicans and Democrats. I get this, but I also think both Rand and his father have distinguished themselves as quite different than the regular republican establishment even though they share similar capitalism and religious (just to name a few) views...

Yup, that's right.....we watched that as soon as it was available.....loved that movie also.

It's on my list to watch for sure....probably wait till it comes out on Netflix.

^^^I like the Kirk Cameron movies myself.....I know he's not James Cameron and doesn't have his budget for films, but his movies are good with just mediocre acting.

They are constantly working on ways to bring back the growing segment of the market that is leaning toward healthy eating.

I use MFP also and love it....very easy and quick to use.

With a decent app on your phone, calorie counting takes a minute or so each day and for me anyways, it has made a HUGE difference in your life.....even some of the fittest people I know count calories every 3 or 4 months for a week or two just for awareness if anything else.......what I thought...

I've been successful for the most part by watching what I eat and how much I eat.....I do exercise, but attribute most of my success to limiting my calories as I was eating WAY WAY too much.

I've been using MyFitnessPal successfully for the last 29lbs of weight loss in the last 135 days.....as already mentioned....the calorie app on MFP is pretty simple to use and makes counting calories pretty easy.

And you know me.... :) I'm in.

There are tons and tons of free exercises one can do with just their own body weight.....wall pushups, pushups, standing squats, lunges, running in place, burpees, etc. Youtube has some incredible (free if you don't mind the 5 second commercial every now and then) videos on home exercises...

I AGREE! OUCH......

65-80% (different studies done) who have a gym membership never use it......I think it's because, their intention is there, but the follow through is another story.....I think there are good points to having to set aside time to go to the gym and just workout, but for ME, time and convenience...
