how is that practiced in your marriage? Is there even such a thing as male and female?

How many of you younger adults work with youth? This age group is usually involved with youth groups as leaders. Do any of you lead small groups or lead the youth group? I have been leading a small group of junior high boys, and it has been a major blessing.
