I think that it is possible to lose your salvation. This can be seen in the parable of the sower where some of the plants were choked by the weeds and other plants grew on the rocky soil. Both of the plants died, meaning they once had their salvation, but then lost it.

Maybe you will be able to find another part-time job that is more willing to work with your schedule. Just remember that God will provide for your needs.
