    Well it probably is a bit fattening, but I don't just eat it excessively. It's been a couple of days now. And yes, I still ate peanuts in the past when I was dieting and it used to help a lot. I ate Almonds and Pistachios the most. I also used to get the K protein drinks. They used to help.

    I did cut down on my salt. I always read the labels. I checked for too much salt and sugar. I eat a lot of peanut butter, mostly when I make sandwiches. That probably has protein. I don't just indulge though.
