We took a walk at the lake last night, and watched the sunset. It was very cloudy and only one little place where there were no clouds....and wouldn't you know it, that is where the sun popped thru! Watching the sunset on a Friday, is our favorite way to welcome in the Sabbath :).

We went to visit a friend of 30 years this afternoon in the Nursing home. He cannot get out of bed without being lifted out mechanically. They put him in a lounge chair in his room in the morning that way and lift him out and put him back to bed at night....such a sad existence....thankfully...
