I love to watch movies and listen to music. It makes Earth sort of feel like Heaven. For me anyway.

Self-esteem is required for life. If you have no self-esteem, your willpower will decay and really all you need to do is measure up your level of virtue according to things like have I sponsored a child etc. or taken a homeless guy to Sizzlers or whatever etc. and yeah you have more self-esteem.

I got sick from the patches when I tried them. I just thought, I must stop smoking...this was ten years ago...so I wouldn't be feeling horrible all the time. I quit cold turkey, it's rough for a few days but then you're over the worst. Chin up guys.

I haven't had a normal day in years. If ever. But I love my smoked tuna with a few other nice things on toast. It cheers me up and juice cools me down.
