    I think that if you forget to shower or brush your teeth that day you feel ashamed of yourself. Also if you wear really stained looking clothing that will also affect your confidence level.

    Keep being a gentleman the right woman will come along. The best gift you can give your spouse on your wedding night is your virginity. I did not have that left to give my husband and felt really guilty about it.

    anyone have mixed feelings about visiting family members?

    Be nice to them so your daughter has a nice visit but keep a distance from them emotionally. I go through this with my mother a lot because she is extremely sinful.

    coworker using drugs on the job

    Maybe bringing her onto day shift will do something. I would still log when you saw this just in case she ever gets caught you can give it to the cops. I would also call the next person up and tell them about it.
