I don´t know. I would be careful to take the meaning of the years symbolically. If I say about one thing, it´s a symbol of something else, than the rest of the Bible could have such a symbolic meaning as well. Then it would means it must exist some kind of a "key" to the secrets of the symbolic...

Noe lived according to Genesis for 950 years. Somebody asked this question here recently, but unfortunately I can´t find the thread anymore :( :( :( I wanted to hear some ideas and comments why and how was this possible. I believe it was possible, because the scientists who are trying to "read"...

But the text doesn´t explicitly say that the serpent was IN the garden. Couldn´t it be, that he talked with Eve from some place outside of the garden, far enough from God´s presence ???? I´m not a theologian, so I don´t know, this is just an idea, but I am probably wrong.

What if a women can´t get pregnant, because it would a great risk either for her or for the baby. Is then using the pill ok?? What if a couple uses NFP and she is pregnant and the docs tell them, that the pregnancy is very risky for her ? I know that there will be probably very different views...
