I was just diagnosed with bipolar. So far I'm on Trileptal, I was told that it wouldn't cause any weight gain. But my doctor is going to put me on another one on top of the one that I'm taking soon. So I was wondering, if she does put me on a med that causes me to gain weight is it impossible...

I used to have a serger but I didn't know how to use it so I got rid of it. Now I'm wondering if that was a HUGE mistake :doh:. Can anyone please tell me if a serger is really important in sewing or can I get by without one? I'm wanting to start making costumes and home crafts if that helps...
