    Website Check

Thanks for your help. I understand about the colour scheme questions, but the kids are fans of it, since those are the "official" colors of the ministry. I may lighten some things up to see how that looks. What would you think about some small sound loops that would go off when highlighting a...

Okay, I made some changes. Ignore the quality of the top graphic. I'll redo it first thing next week. What do you think of it now?

    Website Check

I'm changing the text to a nicer one. I looked at the page on a smaller screen, and it was kinda nasty (I've been working on that even before I read your review). I'll work on the menu highlights. As far as the colours go, those are our "official" colours. What would be a way to implement the...

Discussing sex with youth and young adults

It's not about how far is too far. It's about purity. Can you do it and remain pure to God, to yourself, and to your future self? Teaching sex to students is all about purity. The other stuff will follow if the students commit to purity.

    Pagan-Friendly Churchs

The gospel should not be compromised no matter what. However, we need to develop new ways to reach out to the non-believing world and we need to come up with more relevant methods of presenting the gospel.

    Pagan-Friendly Churchs

But the great chasm that exists between the church and contemporary society has to be bridged. This chasm has been caused by the church's inability to communicate the gospel effectively in today's culture. This ineffectiveness is often as a direct result of the social and relational gap between...

    Christian RPG's

I don't have a problem with a lot of RPG's, especially ones on gaming consoles. To me, they are a lot like reading a book, but it is interactive. I'm partial to Final Fantasies, as the majority of them (except VII for some reason) were PG rated. In fact, FFX brought up several issues that...

    Webpage advice!

What resolution are you using? If you are using anything from 1024x768 or higher, it should be fine. If you use smaller stuff, you don't miss anything important... At least, that was my plan!

    Webpage advice!

I made the changes to the Flash - if you look again, you'll see that the titles are darker. I'm still working on the pictures. The hard part is getting the size down, of course. (And I like the green, so I'm gonna keep it... haha!) Thanks for your suggestions and your...

    Webpage advice!

Two questions for all you computer-folk: First of all, would anyone be able to look at our student ministry's new website for some constructive criticism! (http://www.fiveseventeen.org/) I used a couple of templates along with writing my own stuff. It's still a project in the making, but any...

A systematic look at the Bible and homosexuality

Well, Apollo, I'm not sure where you come up with the idea of moral, judicial and ceremonial. Is this a Biblical idea, and if so, where is your proof? That said, are people drawing a distinction between homosexuality and homosexual behavior?
