Here is the Cambridge Police report

Gates has a point. That is what happens to black men in America.

Gibbs: Media 'obsessions' prolonging Gates story

I'm sure Obama knows what it's like to be racially profiled. It's a sickening feeling.

Is Gates really as big a jerk as the reports say?

I'm still wondering why the officers demanded to see ID. I also wondering why neighbors reported two black males breaking into the home...didn't they know Gates lived there? IMO Gates was having a very bad day. Not only was his door jambed up, but then he gets interrogated and treated like a...

Obama:I didn't mean to slight Cambridge police

I love Obama! He's not afraid to show that he's human like the rest of us and to error. At first glance this did look like a racial profling case, but I'm glad all parties have stood their ground and that the President is acting as a mediator for Gates and Crawley.

In need of a little prayer if you all can

Moving sucks! Last year I was back and forth from east coast to west coast and having to readjust is harder when you have anxieties. I think you should write down what your fears about this move are. Maybe it'll help you get some insight on what's really going on and why you're so anxious.

    Can someone please help me?

I've been going through panic and anxiety attacks since I was 5. I remember one night while I was eating having this insane fear that I wouldn't be able to swallow and I couldn't. As the years have gone on it goes from good to bad to worse. I've tried anti-depressants, but they don't help...

    I lost my daughter

I went to a Christian based greif counselor in 2007 for 3 months and she let me know that everyone goes through different stages of greif at different times. It's ok to bounce around from feeling angry, to being in denial, and then jump back to anger. It's a process that sometimes takes a...

my mom has been given just a few weeks..

I'm so sorry for your loss. My Grandma passed away after battling congestive heart failure and liver failure all at once. She suffered for 5 weeks with misdiagnosis (they thought she had diabetes, but turns out she never did!) and by the time they figured out what was wrong it was too late...

    My story...

I'm so sorry for you losses. It's hard to fathom losing so many family members in a short span of time. My brother was murdered in 2003 and while it's been 6 years this is something I know none of my family members will get ever. Somedays are harder than others, but those of us who've lost...

    I hope.

I lost my brother on March 11, 2003 when he was brutally murdered. They have yet to arrest anyone for his death and as the years go by it's looking less and less likely that it'll happen. I know what you mean. When my brother died my youngest niece was 1 and while they'd spent some time...

    Scared

I would've responded, but I just joined! PCOS is a true emotional rollercoaster.

    yay!

I think there needs to be more PCOS awareness out there. People just don't understand how we suffer with this condition.

    Introduce yourself fellow cysters?

Hi I'm Tina. I was just diagnosed May 29, 2009 at age 21. I've known something was wrong since I was 16, but the family doc I had ALWAYS blamed it on my weight. She stopped listening to all my symptoms and just told me if I didn't stop eating junk I was going to get diabetes. Anyways after...

    Wanting to vent

I'm sorry that happened, but I hope all is well now. It's important to see a different doctor if the one you're currently seeing isn't treating you right.

How old were you when you got diagnosed?

I was just diagnosed and I'm 21, but I've suspected PCOS after much online research at age 16. The doc I had kept blaming my weight gain, patchy skin, and hair growth on potential diabetes and now I realize she was only half right. I kept telling her my periods were irregular, but she always...

    PCOS and no insurance

You and I are in the same boat. I don't have insurance, I was diagnosed at a women's clinic, I'm 21, and I never had any bloodwork drawn to see where my hormone levels are. My gyn and I went over my symptoms for about 30 minutes and she said it's quite obvious that I have PCOS because I...
