In my opinion... You do NOT have to speak in tongues to be filled w/the Holy Spirit. The Spirit is inside of us all. Speaking in tongues is just one of the manifestations of the Holy Spirit. I do not speak in tongues, I choose not to. That does not mean that a tongue talker has it more than I do...
