It's a really horrible cycle actually. OCD causes sleeplessness and sleeplessness causes more OCD. The only way to deal with it is to deal with the OCD. And the only way to deal with OCD is to ignore the thoughts you don't want to think.

Nobody is perfect. God already knows everything you are going to do in your life. Every thought, every sin, everything. And He still died on the cross for you. So I think it's safe to say He loves you.

Ya exactly. Desire is God given. Actions with that desire not God-given are sin. Stop doing it and trust Christ. Don't ask Him to take it, GIVE IT TO HIM and trust.
