Actually, my eating habits have gotten worse. Didn't eat a lot of fast food. Got really well rounded home cooked meals, but now, I eat awful. I'm always on the go so it's fast food all the time. I don't even like it anymore. Shows I need to slow down and eat some good ol' fashioned healthy...

Hey Woden, no I haven't gotten the new song book yet. I can't wait :) but I have gotten the Watchtower you spoke of, it was really a good read. It really gives an intrest to do more research in depth and some self study on how these things originated. Hope you are doing well.

I am sorry these things are happening over there in the beautiful UK. It's not easy hearing that the leaders you depend on to run your country are cheating you. Of course here in the US, it's in the news everyday. I posted the link below hoping that it might put a small smile on some or all...
