    All of our classes are based off of individual cases so I usually just have a separate word file for each case, which includes the brief and then make adjustments to the brief during discussion in class, and then I feel each case in the folder for the specific class e.g. torts, contracts ect...

    I work for an auto insurance company dealing with injury claims. D is right that PIP covers medical expenses for reasonable and necessary appointments and procedures.
