I'm more appalled that death threats are politically correct and supposedly humorous when coming from a woman. The supposed "humor" in the joke is the death threat--the death threat is the punchline--which is even more appalling.

I personally don't find homicidal threats funny. I wonder if it would still be politically correct for a man to threaten homicide (or rape) towards a woman and still just defend it by saying "it's just a joke." This is to me a glaring double standard.

Let's use another sexual sin in place of homosexuality. I guarantee you the president of chic fil a would say that adultery is a sin. But that doesn't mean he will discriminate against adulterers or fire adulterers for their sexual sin. The same goes for homosexuality.

I think you are being somewhat paranoid. Your wife seems to be very transparent with you which is indicative of innocence on her part. She doesn't seem to have anything to hide so don't stress about it.
