THE READINESS RAPTURE: It's not just another rapture theory

Many scholars simply assume the Church will be raptured into the clouds, for the judgment seat of Christ, but scripture in no way supports this assumption. This is a common belief now, but assumptions like this can keep us from seeing the truth. Jesus simply said the angels will gather...

THE READINESS RAPTURE: It's not just another rapture theory

This may seem kind of strange to some, but when I got saved in the summer of 1989, the Lord told me I was going to write, even though I wasn’t even a writer then. I’ll spare you the long story of how all of that unfolded, but for those who want to know, you can read about it in the Introduction...

THE READINESS RAPTURE: It's not just another rapture theory

Whisked away rapture? It appears you have trouble with the very idea of what is known today as the rapture. Many argue that the word is not even in the Bible, which is true, but still, this does not nullify this future meeting in the clouds/air. See Matthew 24:30-31 and 1 Thessalonians...

RAPTURE 2023: Prophecy, Church, And The Nation of Israel- Last Generation

Greetings Joe! I've seen many people trying to determine the length of a generation, but I think they are missing the point. The length of a generation has little to do with it. The scripture plainly says the generation that sees all these will not pass away... So this means that not...

THE READINESS RAPTURE: It's not just another rapture theory

What? He answered their question about the sign of His coming and the end of the age (Matt.24:3). That's what this thread is about, not the destruction of the temple, which is a dead subject here. If you all want to discuss it go ahead, but I'm not wasting my time.

THE READINESS RAPTURE: It's not just another rapture theory

I NEVER ignored Luke 19:41-44. It's already been fulfilled and has nothing to do with the sign of His coming. Did Christ return then? No, so quit trying to force your belief on me. I'm not taking the bait. Go fly a kite!

THE READINESS RAPTURE: It's not just another rapture theory

Again, none of these have anything to do with the sign of His coming and the end of the age (Matt. 24:3). I realize that many of you here believe everything has been fulfilled, and good luck with that. To each his own, but it's now 2000 years later. Time to move on...

THE READINESS RAPTURE: It's not just another rapture theory

Let me just remind you that none of Christ's answer to His disciples question in Matt. 24:3 has been fulfilled. That's nearly 2 entire chapters. Stay tuned...

Debunking the Preterist first century fulfillment of Mt.24:34:

This is refreshing to see on this forum. I wholeheartedly agree. In fact, none of Matt. 24 and 25 has been fulfilled yet, with the exception of verses 1 & 2, the destruction of the temple in 70 AD. Cheers

THE READINESS RAPTURE: It's not just another rapture theory

I often hear both 3 and 3 1/2 years, but it matters not to me. I know, some believe Daniel's 70th week has already been fulfilled, and others believe only half of it was fulfilled. I believe the entire week remains unfulfilled. Christ was cut off (rejected) after 69 weeks. Some just love to...

THE READINESS RAPTURE: It's not just another rapture theory

Do you realize you are constantly adding to the scriptures? He commanded His disciples...but you added the bit about His earthly ministry. Why don't you just come right out and say what you're going to say regarding the length of His ministry. No need to beat around the bush.

THE READINESS RAPTURE: It's not just another rapture theory

I don't deny any scripture, but I cannot vouch for the seven years you've added to this. Paul went to Arabia for 3 years after conversion. I don't see any scripture that verifies 7 years before His ministry to the Gentiles began. I don't believe Paul has anything to do with Daniel's 70th week.

THE READINESS RAPTURE: It's not just another rapture theory

Sure do. You will too, when you see the abomination of desolation kick off the great tribulation. If you think the Roman armies was bad, just wait until you see all nations gathered against Israel. And don't forget about John 5:43

THE READINESS RAPTURE: It's not just another rapture theory

You can't pin that on me. The first part of their question was: Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age? I recognize the fact that they asked Him (when) the temple will be destroyed, but He ignored that part Himself. He chose not...

THE READINESS RAPTURE: It's not just another rapture theory

Remember, Israel rejected Christ, but He prophesied that they would receive one who comes in his own name (John 5:43). This is still future as well.

THE READINESS RAPTURE: It's not just another rapture theory

Well, I see how you are trying to connect the dots, but Luke was speaking about the temple destruction, with no mention of the abomination of desolation. Some things are similar, like the Jews fleeing to the mountains as the desolation occurs, but there are more than one desolation determined...
