    The goat has immunities to certain diseases, which the cattle don't have immunity to. The goat will get the disease and kill it, before the cattle get it.

    Thanks! Enjoy them, while they are young. They grow up fast!:( My boys are 7 and 6 and my girls are 9 and 5.

    We only had the goat, to keep the diseases out of the cattle. She thought she was one of them, and even came into the chutes, when we were immunizing, etc. I've never dealt with a pot-bellied pig, but my ex ma-in-law had one, a long time ago. I never saw it, though.

    That is an understatement. It's growing too quick, if you ask me. I swear, there is always some part of the metro area that is considered "One of the fastest growing cities, in America." My girlfriend is attending DMACC, at the moment. I don't know if I feel older or younger, being around...

    I'm guessing it's because it smells strongly of my girlfriend and I. It's my glove, but my girlfriend has worn it. Maybe it resembles a puppy, to her? :scratch:

    I just reread this. I guess I answered it wrong. We had horses, cattle, sheep, chickens, a couple donkeys, and a goat.
