(literally shaking my head) When someone is verbally abusing, getting in their face, showing force and blocking every possible exit. The only possible tactic that I can think of is literally pushing them completely out the way and closing the exit.

No problems like that but I know I can relate to the verbal abuse that came from women from my family and it usually happen to ones that are close to me. To the point where lethal force or aggressive tactics are the only options. And I know some marriages like that.

I had that system when I was in school. Post it notes all over place. Add books, class notes, laptop, bills and other stuff. I pretty much went insane until I came up with a better system.

It's an android app from what I understand. And I think it depends on what you have as a cable provider as well.

And I've done the paper thing JRSut as well. It helped me out.

I usually set each day with a set of objectives. I prioritize them in my mind or on the phone. Than I go about my day, completing each objective and doing the everyday routine. The secondary objectives are the ones that really can wait(not to the last minute) but that don't have to be done...
