Yeah I think I've actually seen a commercial for it before!! I went to the Doctor today!! Told him about all my problems!! He put me on Paxil, said it should clear it up, if not to come back to him for otehr stuff!!

Exactly right!!:D!! And spot on about the "the thoughts when they come are troubling , but only to the amount of time and energy put into towards their attention and removal"!!:)

Thanks man!! Yeah, I've tried several sleep supps, melantonin, which worked for awhiel then it didnt and it also causes SAD, nyquil type stuff and now this root thingy that helps alittle!!:) What is seroquel?? Is it prescribed??

If you ignore the thoughts, they won't worsen. It is scary to do because you THINK they'll happen and they really won't happen as much!! You are not walking on a tight rope!! You cant blaspheme unintentially its pure hatred from the heart!!

Yeah man!! It' all good!! God looks past the mind, the mind is the devil's playground!! He can't read our thoughts but he knows your problems, and he can put thoughts there that seem so real like their yours!! Especially if you have OCD, you see blasphemy is an act of pure hatred for the Lord...

Just because my OCD got worse, there were times it got so bad that I got so upset I had almost suicidal thoughts, the truth is here God doesn't want that, use your talents to worship...
