Well, it was polluted. The 'institution' and 'organization' of Christianity in Rome was polluted from the start. Christianity itself was not polluted until "Rome" organized it. Again, I do not believe the Catholic Church is the true Church. I do not believe Christ built his church in Rome...

You just do not get it do you. The Catholic Church is not the true Church of Christ, Sorry. It is a known fact of the pagan symbolism and beliefs passed into the church. This is common knowledge. These men for the most part were not even Christians back then.
