I was able to stay home with my son for only 2 years. I do wish it had been longer but at the time my husband and I didn't think it was possible. Now I know it would have been worth it to sacrifice and stay home. I think wife and mother is the greatest job in the world.

I don't have to drive a long distance to work, but the gas prices have caused me to limit my driving. My social life has suffered.

I like the NLT for reading and the Comparative Study Bible for serious study. It has the NIV, KJV, NASB, and AMP side by side. I have collected Study Bibles for years in the Hard Cover Editions (much cheaper). I have over 40 in various versions/translations.

I miss knowing where everything was and knowing how to do everything I needed to do. I'm starting to believe that old dog new tricks thing. :sigh:
