We should really try to stay away from having mere opinions on who is saved. Although we may recognize our opinions are mere opinions, how would that not be judging? Christ was very clear that we have no business judging the heart of our fellow man.

Well, it is kind of like we believe in both. The Church = "spiritual Israel" - but we also recognize all Jews by ethnicity as part of "Israel," - that which, in the end times, will convert to Christ. Both are "true Israel," so to speak. Edit to add what our catechism says about each type.
