Update-we did eventually have this happen, it just took forever....she was placed on June 19th.

Your boss needs to be respectful to you, and saying that is very disrespectful. Ask him exactly what it is he does not like about your performance. You should expect to be treated like an adult, and not like a child.

Interstate Compact. It is something you do to get kids from one state to another. We have been in the process of one (foster only at the moment) for 6 months.

Has anyone ever done one? We are in the process, and I am really frustrated.

I have a hyphenated name. Since my DH is from Puerto Rico, it is a common tradition for both people to have hyphenated names. I did it for him, I would have been happy to change it.
