    I bite my nails, how can i stop?

    I bite mine too! I don't remember ever having long nails, only when I had fake ones put on, and I even bite THOSE off!!! I've also tried one of those nail polishes that tastes gross, but the polish peels off very easily, so I just peel it off then bite them! Ugh!!!!:sigh:
