DANGER WILL ROBINSON! VIRUS ALERT! no joke

Everything from Norton is good except CrashGuard. All CrashGuard succeeds in doing is to tell you your computer has crashed, then freeze the whole thing up. :p Norton Antivirus 2002 is the only Norton antivirus that is compatible with XP, so if you have XP, be sure to get it. With it...

    America Online

AOL's browser doesn't render things properly. That's one big reason people complain. Ever get an e-mail that has a link and a second link saying "AOL users click here?" AOL's browser won't render some scripts and things, so forms and things don't always work. AOL's technology is also far...

DANGER WILL ROBINSON! VIRUS ALERT! no joke

PrettyPark was indeed one of the real viruses, and not a hoax. The best thing you can do is to keep your virus definitions updated, and set Norton (I'm sure McAfee has it too, although I have not personally used it) to protect your system registry.

Why was the opening post edited out, especially when a moderator just quoted it so we can see what was there anyways?

DANGER WILL ROBINSON! VIRUS ALERT! no joke

Here is the information from Symantec, makers of Norton Antivirus. http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.klez.e@mm.html Because so many virus warnings are hoaxes, it is nice to always post some sort of verification along with your report. This particular link directs...

    Famous People Sightings

I've met a lot of Christian artists after their concerts. My cousin used to be a teacher at the school where Sandi Patty's kids attend, so she got to meet her a few times. I've met Jonathan Frakes (Riker on ST: The Next Generation.) I almost got to meet Michael Dorn (Worf) but his plane...

    Funniest Sitcom?

I like I Love Lucy, Drew Carey, Home Improvement, The Jeffersons, Cheers (I prefer the Coach and Diane episodes over Woody and Rebecca), and a few others. Blynn, I agree!! Corrupted Bibles

filosofer: Thank you. :) As far as the KJV, it may have been the first English Bible, but I don't believe it to be necessarily the best. Many people think it's the "original Bible," so that's why we should use only that. It's not. The original Bible, as most of us know, was in Hebrew and...

    Corrupted Bibles

DaveUlchers, you said on the first page that you wondered if you could burn the Living Bible, or something like that. I use the NLT as my primary Bible. When I first started attending church, I was only 16 and went looking for a Bible that was easy to understand, and I found TLB. Since then...
