My all time favourite breed is the Australian Cattle Dog but I'm a big fan of British Bulldogs aswell! I just love em! :D I will always own 'mutts' though...can't help myself! :D

I am trying to cut out all fats (chips and chocolate are my vices!) I have also started skipping. It really gets your body working! I also do crunches and push-ups every night before bed and in the morning if I remember.

Anyone do this? Its hard work!! :D I'm wondering how long each session should be or should I counting how many jumps I do?

I'm a vegemite kid!!! I absolutely love the stuff!!! I had it on toast just then actually lol. Here's a yummy recipe we used to make as kids (don't know if it has a proper name) so maybe we could call it Cheesy-vegemite rolls/puffs?? Get some sheets of puff pastry and spread vegemite over it...
