Totally Devestated-GF Suddenly Broke Up With Me

Don't sweat the little things. Anyone who is concerned about such small things as missing a spot while cleaning your dashboard and making a big deal about it... really not worth your time. Personally, I wish I had known that sooner myself. I know how you feel James, I've been there and it's not...

If you were the leader of your own country...

I'd legalize marijuana, get rid of legal drinking ages (thus having no legal age), umm let's see... I would allow there to be monopolistic companies (they naturally don't last anyway)... hmm let's see... Basically, I would make there be less government in our lives... lower taxes dramatically...

Could you date someone with opposing political views?

Yep, mostly because you will scarcely find a libertarian up here in the not-so-cold Canada

    This... is my BOOMSTICK!

I am pretty indifferent, what with being in Canada and all... kinda hard to own a gun unless you are a farmer or a hunter.. of which I am neither. eh... I'm not worried, no need for any of that stuff :)

    Question

That's a complex question... I put yes because the question doesn't make sense. In my mind, you can't love someone knowing that they are wrong for you. That just doesn't make any sense to me at all. Complex question.

    A wistful dream...

eh... I've been rather busy of late, what with papers and the like. Furthermore, I just don't feel very welcome here sometimes... so my posting has really been downsized. Alas! No biggie... I'm not concerned... I'll just stick to floating!

    A wistful dream...

Sounds kind of like me... I wouldn't mind being in Russia and the CIA/FBI... and I do have dark hair, skinny, and glasses... but I ain't no Chris.

 BTW, Luther, I disagree with you concerning the communion. I am a Baptist, ergo I believe in the bread and wine being nothing more than a mere representation (that is, a reminder) of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. But you are correct, another debate for another day.

Luther, you and I may disagree on the universality of grace (its irresistability, that is), but I honestly believe that we would get along very well :)

Are you not familiar with the bondage of the will? If not, I suggest you do your research. The will of people is bound by their nature. Think about it: People are able to do whatsoever they please, the thing is that their hearts are hearts of stone, and thus they cannot do anything but sin...

Starting This Debate Could Be Hazardous To Your Health.

Just stupid. I mean, it's not necessarily a sin. I think it falls under the same category as drinking alcohol.

Here we go... Who in the right mind would reject the most glorious and most beautiful gift on the face of the earth? I am sorry, but when you have been made alive in Christ, you will inevitably choose the gift, aka salvation that is found in Jesus Christ alone (Eph. 2:5). Sorry Coach, but dead...

This has nothing to do with innocence. We are to come to Him humbly, as dear children are most certainly more humble that adults. Frankly, children tend to accept things much easier than adults do. The Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who recognize that they cannot contribute one ounce of...

I have seen it in some baptist circles, definitely pentecostal and charismatic ones. But I'm a Reformed Baptist, so it's a little different for us :) Interesting video... I couldn't exactly understand waht they were saying. Umm... what was the whole bit about calvinists though?

Umm.. D, I think that would be moving away from the original intent of the OP. What was meaning when it was mentioned that children are innocent was not that they weren't experienced, but that they were not sinful (hence the analogy with Adam and Eve before the Fall). If we are to suddenly...
