My Take:

On the Day Jesus made the Earth, Day 3, before the plants and herbs, Day 3, and AFTER the rain, Jesus made Adam.

If Adam had not been made on the 3rd Day, then he would have not been present to name the animals, from the ground, which Jesus made at the beginning of the 6th Day. Gen. 2:18-20.

Eve was built, physically, on the 6th Day. Gen 2:22.

BOTH were created, in God's Image (Born Again Spiritually), at the SAME TIME, only after Cain had already killed Abel. Gen 5:1-2 cross Gen. 1:26-27

"And so it is written, the first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit." 1Corinthians 15:45

" Howbeit that was NOT first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and AFTERWARD that which is spiritual." v46

The speculation or implication that Adam died Spiritually after the “original sin” would mean, the Invisible God Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost, were in ERROR in creating Adam Spiritually to begin with but only to be taken away from the hands of our God by the Old Serpent.

Ridiculous, isn't it? Here's why:

In order for one to die Spiritually, one must first be Born Spiritually.

There are THREE (numeric) that bear records in Heaven, the Father, the Word and the Holy Ghost, and these three are one (unity). 1John 5:7

"Let US create man in our image after our likeness" requires that the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost operate in unity or agreement to make one a Spiritual Being.

This is confirmed by John 14:16-17 which shows that the agreement of "US" is necessary for a Spiritual Birth.

When YHWH/Jesus, the Son of the Invisible God, formed of Adam from the dust of the ground becoming a natural living soul Gen. 2:7 that was not spiritual birth
nor there was an agreement of "US" on that particular time.

In fact, Eve was not even physically made at that time. Therefore, it would not harmonized nor reconciled to Gen. 1:26-27 which show that they were created in the likeness of God at the same time.

Adam was FORMED/MADE on the 3rd Day, but was Created spiritually in the image and likeness of God together with Eve - on this present 6th Day.
Genesis 5:1-3

This is the book of the generations of Adam IN THE DAY that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him; v2 Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.v3 And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, and after his image; and called his name Seth:

The apparent discrepency between Genesis 1 and 2 in the order of creation has confused many.

In Gen. 1:26-27, God created adam, without the particel and the article = mankind in general, on the sixth day. He made them hunters, fishers, and foragers (v. 28-30)

On the seventh day He rested.

Then God looked and saw that he had no farmers ("not a man to till the ground", Gen. 2:5). So He formed from the dust eth ha'Adam = the very Adam. And then he formed (not created) animals of husbandry (v. 19).

The FORMING of Adam from the dust of the ground was entirely different event from the creation of Adam and Eve spiritually in the image and likeness of God.

The Invisible God Father, as we all know is a Spirit and and has NO PHYSICAL form.

IF the squeezing of the mud in forming Adam is the actual image and likeness of God, then. there must be something wrong with our Scripture.

To be created in the image and likeness of God is to be born again spiritually in Christ - who is the express image of the invisible Father.

Genesis 1 tells the complete story of the Creation of the Perfect Heaven. God completes His work in 6 Days, and Genesis 2 tells us of the 7th Day when God will Rest (Heb-Shabath-Cease to Create). Scripture tells us that God rested from ALL His work, which He had Created and Made.

Jesus tells us that the Father and He are still working, Today, and most Christians believe that the Holy Ghost is continuing His work, Today.

Please explain Why God had to stop His work for 24 hours, at the beginning, and violate the Truth of the 7th Day, which shows that God Rested from ALL of His work.

The answer is simple. God will Not Rest until mankind eats of the Tree of Life in Heaven. Rev. 22:2 which fulfills the prophecy of Gen. 1:29.

If you doubt this, then show us of a Time in History, when mankind has been given to eat of EVERY TREE.

ISAIAH 65
17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.

There was no 24 Hour Day and Scripture does not state that there was a 24 hour Day. Genesis shows that God has 6 Creative Days, and 1 Day of Rest which will Never End.

He did rest from all His work. But even man cannot rest forever.

(Exo 20:11) For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

in six days. This is the time context of the work being spoken of. It says nothing of the days following.

Furthermore, the difference between adam, and eth ha'Adam it quite clear.

" I. 'Adam, without the article, denotes man or mankind in general (Genesis 1:26; 2:5; 5:1, followed by plural pronoun). With the article, it denotes the man, Adam, though rendered "man" in Genesis 1:27; 2:7 (twice) 8,15,16,19 (margin), 22 (twice); 3:12,22,24; 5:1; 6:1 (rendered "men"), 2,3,4. After this, the Hebrew 'Adam = man or men, is used of the descendants of Adam. Hence, Christ is called "the son of Adam", not a son of Enosh.

With the particle
img1_app14.gif
('eth) in addition to the article it is very emphatic, and means self, very, this same, this very,. See Genesis 2:7 (first occurrence), 8,15."

The Synonymous Words used for "Man".

Genesis 1 is the History and Prophesy of the God's Creation from the start to the end. It details the History of How the Invisible God Created His Perfect, physical, World.

Most of it is past, but some of it is still future. Gen. 1:29 tells us that MANKIND, which includes Adam and Eve, and every other person Created in God's Image, will be given to eat of EVERY TREE, including the Tree of Life, in Heaven, according to Rev. 22:2.

Gen. 1:30 is also future and will be fulfilled when Jesus Returns to this Planet, and the Lion eats Straw as the Ox. Isaiah 11:7

When these prophecies are fulfilled, God's Creation of His Perfect Heaven, will be completed, and brought to Perfection....Finished. Then God will Rest or Sabbath, and He will Cease "ALL His work which God created and made." Gen. 2:3

The Un-Scriptural idea, that the 6 Creative Days and the 1 Day of Rest, are 24 hour periods of Time, is refuted by Scripture. The 7th Day has no End.

Furthermore, when Jesus told Adam that he would surely die, In The Day, that he disobeyed, Adam had not yet been Created in the image of God, for Eve had not yet been formed.

Adam did Not die either physically nor Spiritually within 24 Hours after they sinned, but Adam did Die on this present 6th Creative Day of God, just as Jesus told him he would.

The common mistake of others in interpreating Genesis 1-- most people take it as history with total disregard of the prophesy mentioned above.

Well, I don't deny any prophesies in Genesis.

In Gen 1 we have yowm = day.

But in Gen. 2:4, we have quite a different expression.

Beyom = when. It is the figure Synecdoche, by which a part is put for the whole, or the whole for a part. What that "part" is must be determined by the context in each particular case.

In Genesis 2:4, it is put for the whole six days.

In Numbers 7:84, it is put for the whole twelve days of the dedication of the altar.

In Leviticus 13:14, it is rendered "when". Revised Version whensoever. Numbers 28:26.

In Leviticus 14:57, it is rendered "when", both in Authorized Version and Revised Version. Compare Deuteronomy 21:16. 1 Samuel 20:19. 2 Samuel 21:12.

In 1 Kings 2:37, it is rendered "on the day", but verse 41 shows that Shimei had been to Gath and back before Solomon executed the sentence (verses 37, 42).

In Psalm 18:18, it is rendered "in the day", but evidently means at the time when.

In Isaiah 11:16, it includes the whole period of the Exodus.

In Jeremiah 11:4, 7, it includes the Exodus and the whole time of giving the law at Sinai. Compare chapters 7:22; 31:32; 34:13.

In Ezekiel 20:5, 6 1, it includes the whole time of God's choice of Israel.

In Ezekiel 36:33, it includes the whole time of rebuilding the waste places of Israel in the future restoration. Compare chapter 38:18 2. Authorized Version = at the same time. Revised Version = in that day.

I have not forgotten that a Day (Heb. Yowm- a period of Time), existed before the Sun, Moon, and Stars of the 4th Day. Jesus provided the Light for the first 3 Days of Creation, just the same as He will provide the Light for Heaven, which has no Sun, nor Moon. Rev. 21:23

Why don't you answer my question - How could Adam Die Spiritually, before he was Created Spiritually? Gen. 1:27 and Gen. 5:1-2 show us "IN THE DAY" Adam and Eve were Created in the likeness of God at the same time.

Adam was formed physically on the 3rd Day, and named the beasts of the Field and Birds, formed from the gounnd at the beginning of the 6th Day, but he was not Created in God's Image until after Cain killed Abel.

Who told you that I said that Adam died spiritually before he was created spiritually? Somebody has handed you false rumors about myself.

In all honesty, you're a hard person to follow in your writings. First, you were giving us "your take". And now, apparently, you are challenging everybody else's take, and then demanding that I answer a question concerning a statement that was never suggested from the get go.

...Adam had not yet been Created in the image of God, for Eve had not yet been formed.

I can't say that I agree with this conclusion.

I showed you th Hebrew of the MSS concerning the difference between the 6th day and the "8th day". It is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. (Acts 9:5)

Who told you the 7th day has no end?

How do you explain that you think God has more than 7 Creative Days in Genesis?

Also, when Jesus told Adam that he would surely die, "IN THE DAY", that he disobeyed, Adam did Not die either physically nor Spiritually within 24 Hours!

Based upon your illogical assumption, are you saying Jesus lied to Adam since he did not die "ON THAT DAY" he disobeyed, just as Jesus told him he would?

The Book of Genesis did not mention anything about your 8th Day Theory - "a hunter and a farmer". Most certainly, however, your 8th day theory is just another product of your religious wild imagination that is not supported by the Scripture. IMHO.
