Interesting observation. Take it one step further: Jesus healed Peter's mother-in-law. What did she do afterwards? She jumped up out of bed and served them.
This topic is discussed in the Bible... Please go read it... I believe it is under Church Orders in the New Testament.... I don't have my Bible here, but I can check it later.... In Orders of the Church, it clearly says that women should not speak in the Church! This is why there are no women Priests. Hope
this is just my opinion
God created man and the woman who was eve was created out of man
so i guess man is the head the leader
im not a sexist and trying to play down the role os women
the church cannot function without women also even Jesus'ministry was asisted by women
i guess they clean and cook jesus' and the opostles clothing and food.
they do play an important role
usually man is the leader of the house and the women is the manager
women in the catholic church do teach also
if u see generally men is the 1 if authority and women is the 1 supporting it
sorry if any offence
The "Apostolic Powers" that Dave mentioned is reference to the Holy Orders of the Priesthood, a leadership role in the Church of Christ, established by Jesus upon the Apostles.
