Possibly, Ephraim is not mentioned because it represents Christianity's line and Manasseh the Jewish line.

Dan is a scary one, in my opinion. I believe it is compared to the serpant, which makes one wonder if through this line 1) either the anti-Christ comes or 2) the false prophet or 3) an unknown element that will have a negative impact of the Jews in the end times... Or 4) if you believe most of this has already been fulfilled, then someone from this line may have been involved in one of the first 3 points.

Or 5) None of the above.

There are a lot of commentaries written on this.

"Here the tribe of Levi is listed with the rest, because all the Israelites were equally made priests with them in Christ by his priesthood (Romans 12:1; 1 Peter 2:9; Revelation 1:6; 5:10). Dan is not mentioned, because the Danites long before forsaking the worship of God, were fallen away from the fellowship of God’s people, to the part of the Gentiles: which evil many ages before Jacob foresaw (Genesis 49:17) See Geneva, and because of which no mention is made of this tribe in the book of Chronicles.

Ephraim was the son of Joseph Gen 48:13-22 double blessing

Levi was priest in OT not a tribe

Dan did something in OT still looking

Ezekiel 48:1 where Dan'd borders are [most northern tribe]

Judges 18:30And the children of Dan set up the graven Image: ..........till captivity

Reason the 10 tribes of Israel were put into captivity and it all started in Dan
