God's Template for the tribulation

The entire world is about to witness another display of the mighty power of God. A display like has not happened since the people of Israel were delivered from the hands of the Egyptians nearly 3500 years ago. There are many things that can be seen as a parallel between these two events. Things that we can use to gain an understanding of what those who are today called by His name, can expect during the coming Tribulation. It is one of the most important questions on the minds of most believers today, What is going to happen to us? I thought it would be good to set down some of these similarities and take a look at them.

Since I wrote the article which is linked, I thought maybe I could save my poor aching hands from so much typing. I would be glad to discuss the article. The pattern is quite accurate to the Revelation and all other end time prophecies really. For example the small apocalypse in Isaiah 24-27.

I have been trying to enter the conversation on Wrath and Tribulation, with little success, and have been pointing out that thee are key points in all the pophecies that help us tie them together. This is because God deals with us in patterns that are recognizable so that we can detect what is about to happen to us. It is sort of like the thunder in the distance of an approaching storm. The evelation, Isaiah, Joel, Exodus, Revelaion, the Gospels, and every place that is about the return of the Lord there is an event around which all the others can be synchronized. That point is a single celestial event; the darkening of the sun and moon. It takes place Just before Gods deliverance of the righteous and the wrath againt evil which will follow that deliverance.

Well, if you want the information it takes reading a bit of material. Its only three pages or so. The reason most of my writings are longer is that I include the passages of scripture rather than just siting them. The evens of the Exodus are similar, and in most places identical in type and order to the events depicted in the revelation. (As well as other OT prophecies on endtimes.) It therefore clarifies much of the dispute about orders of evens and timing issues.
