Terroist looking to attack on the 4th

A new messege and intel gathering as shown that terroist might try to attack on the 4th. But to tell ya the truth security was high last year for the fourht, ever since sept 11 this has told us that terroist have and are planning future attacks on the US soil. But I believe that sept 11 was a mistake from the clinton cab that the nation has to suffer. And to tell you the truth the terroist might want to attack around the election day to throw everything off schedule.

no if they where not so much of idiots they probally would wait until we get a new president but I hope not because it is true that John Kerry wants to vut some funding to our military and take away some of our supplies. But all I have to say is that these terroist will wait and try to take some action to throw off our democracy off course.

Well, I'm traveling to LA on the fourth, so if ya'll never hear from me again, they have probably decided that I'm a terrorist and should be locked up indefinately.

well rahma how can you mock our security system. only way they can lock u up is if u have a criminal or u pose a threat to this great nation. But all I am saying is that if bush stays in office then we are low on an attack becuase he knows how this homeland security works. instead of 2 face kerry just will open us up to an attack.

yea I would 2 if I new ya lol. no but only way they can lock u up is if u have a major criminal record and if u pose a threat to this country.

Yea so if he gets in again and we see more attacks then we no why iam a republican also. But so far we have not seen any attacks.

Ease up, man. Rahma was just kidding. She was not "mocking our security system". She was commenting on the racial profiling that occurs as part of that system. And yes, innocent people get detained in airports. Not for long, but long enough to miss their flights. Especially if you are from the Middle East.

On my last flight, I was one of the 'lucky' ones, who was pulled aside, questioned and practically strip-searched. I had nothing to hide and they had no reason to hold me. So after they finished with me, I continued on with my flight.

A little inconvenient? Yes. Somewhat embarrassing too. But, you won't hear me complaining. I am glad they take such measures.

He didn't "capitulate to the terrorists", he had already said (before the war) that he was against Spain's involvement and would withdraw any troops placed there.

Since the majority of Spanish people took the same view (before the war) they were of course rather happy when he honoured his election promise and withdrew Spanish troops, just as he had said (before the war) that he would.

This is called "democracy." Is the concept new to you, perhaps?
