When the US starts backing the Palestinian's, then they
are not listening to the God of Israel. I will not stand
with a country that stands against God the Creator, the
God of Israel.

Gen 28:13
And, behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I
[am] the LORD God of Abraham thy father, and the God of
Isaac: the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it,
and to thy seed;

More things to pray about. Don't forget that behind the politics are real people who have needs.

That's Jewish tradition to spell God with a dash? Hmmmm...don't they know that that isn't a name??? God is a reference. We do not know God's name, but only references to Him. Knowing one's name in original times meant that you had power over them. This is why it was an honor if someone told you their first name and asked you to refer to them as such.

Exodus 20:7
"You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your G-d, for the Lord will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name."

It is one of the ten commandments. To not take his name in vain. As I said , the dash is a tradition.

No,no,no,no.....

First, God is not His name, it is His position, or office
if you will.

Like "president" is not the name of our President.
His name is Mr.Bush, or George.

Jews, and I might add, others that spell God "G-d" is a
way for them to let each other know what God they are
refering to. Because of the lawless christians on the
earth right now, they will not associate the God of
Abraham, Issac, & Jacob, with the christian god or gods.

As far as using His name in vain, please read the following:

Lev 19:12
And ye shall not swear by my name falsely,
neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God:
I [am] the LORD.

Taking His name in vain would be to promise someone something
on His name or His throne. Don't do that. For one thing,
It's not yours to swear by......

Hope this helps
Patrick
