"It was so crazy to see 14-year-olds so passionate about anything that didn't have to do with Britney Spears!" - Saved! star MacCaulay Culkin, on attending a Christian rock concert last year with 40,000 fans.

Someone at work showed me this. I know Saved! is quite the controversial film that supposedly parodies Catholic School, but I did think it was interesting that
A.) He said this....it's quite cool!
B). That he apparently attends Christian rock concerts?

Hi SuzQ,
I read this thread and thought about reponding, looked to see who posted it, and saw that it was someone to whom I've already responded before, and I just found this forum today.

I agree that it's cool that 40,000 people are going to Christian concerts. It's a shame that the liberal media pretends that Christians don't even exist.
(I'm not addressing this question to you personally, it's sort of a rhetorical question)Who cares about britney spears? the liberal media cares, and the little people they can program to care. It's all about teaching our children to become like THEM, after all.

I was scanning the news channels the other morning and came across one channel, and they had at the top of the screen: International Programming
Truer words were never seen! It's all about programming the masses.

I think the media has been absolutely stunned by the outpouring of love for Ronald Reagan this week, because the media tried their BEST to crucify the man and turn people against him when he was president.
They obviously are underestimating middle America.

Yeah, I figured that's why he went - but it's still nice that a comment like that was printed in a widely-circulated, secular publication! :)

(And who knows? Hopefully some of his Christian "research" rubbed off on him and made good impression? :D I wonder what concert it was with 40,000 attendees.....maybe even Lifefest?).
