The funny thing about Evergreen State College is that nationally it is really popular because of how "good" of a school it is. It is so weird to hear how many people from all over the country want to go there. Locals know the "real deal" however.

Holy Ascension Mission is the Orthodox Mission in Olympia. The parish meets in St John's Episcopal Church.

No more snow - I'm SO happy that it's going away!

I live in Olympia & was just curious to know if anyone knows of any college graduate fellowship groups or even just people who get together (who don't go clubbing). All my friends are married & in other states/countries. I used to do missions myself... I haven't found a church with anything for people my age--in their mid 20's, even though my home church is thinking about it. I'm an outdoorsy/sporty person and miss getting together with all my friends and playing Ultimate Frisbee. Please respond to rjlu24@hotmail.com.

It's too bad you don't live closer to me Rjlu - our church has a good program for your age, and also an outdoor program and they go everywhere! It's in Auburn, so that's probalby too far for you

I know lots of people tha get together to not go clubbing. They are all in my scout troop though.
