The local Vicar had noticed one of his congregation missing one Sunday so after the service he paid them a visit to see if they were okay.
On arriving at the house he knocked on the door but noone answered. Not wishing to pry further he wrote Rev 3:20 on a piece of paper and stuck it through the letterbox.
The following Sunday whilst checking through the offerings he came across the same piece of paper he'd written on the week before. On the other side of the paper was written Gen 3:10
